this was the demand of president obama's envoy frank wisner. it did not sit well witit the egyptian people, with the protesters on that square. they rejected it whole-heartedly saying, we to want see you go now. it did not live up to their expectations. one of the protesters that i spoke with said he's been lying for 30 years, why should we believe him now? another one said, he'll use these next seven months to round people up who have been protesting against him over these last few days....
